Terms of Use
These terms of use apply to the web sites created by Aspirium for member artists, brands and projects. These sites currently include:

These terms may change at any time without notification from Aspirium. This document is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and if any part of it is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid. All questions and comments should be directed to our contact form.
Content
Content posted by Aspirium projects, brands and artists is owned by those entities. Unless otherwise specified by the owner of the intellectual property, the following are in effect:
- You must obtain permission to duplicate or republish intellectual property.
- You must obtain separate permission from that of duplication to derive work from the original, to recontextualize pieces of the content, or to use in such a way that changes its meaning.
- Alteration of media approved for redistribution, including the removing of branding, copyrights and other marks is prohibited. Distributable media may only be used as-is and as-intended.
- The performance of redistributable media which relies on functionality from or communication with Aspirium's web properties is not guaranteed.
User-driven/Interactive Content
Aspirium is host to interactive content which can be contributed to by the audiences of its projects. By using the site, you agree that:
- Aspirium, its members, and related third parties, are not responsible for the backup of or contents of posted information.
- You will obtain the original author's permission before redistributing the content.
By posting content, you agree to permit Aspirium and its members to:
- edit or delete it if it is inappropriate, but to mark it as having been edited, in such a way that does not misrepresent yourself or the content.
- republish it on any medium, attributed properly.
By posting content, you also assert your belief that the content will be considered appropriate by Aspirium according to the rules below.
Content which is considered inappropriate by Aspirium
While censorship is not one of Aspirium's goals, we do strive to create a legitimate and courteous social environment through our media. Several types of user-submitted content may be removed without warning:
- Content deemed likely to be unlawful or to put Aspirium, its members, or other third parties at risk for criminal prosecution. This includes admissions of and incitations to criminal activity or activity which could be criminally questionable.
- Content which is civilly questionable or likely to be in violation of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
- Content which is percieved to be threatening or compromising the safety of others.
- Content which is actively or intentionally disruptive to the goals of the project.
- Content which is libelous or slanderous to another; falsely representitive of or intentionally misleading as to the poster's identity.
- Hate speech or content which is denegrading to others.
Collection of Information
Aspirium may collect information on users of web properties through comments and contact forms.
- Aspirium and its members do not share with or sell to third parties any information which we collect.
- Members may use contact information obtained through Aspirium web resources to reach out directly to their audiences. This may be done only in cases where the individual has had previous contact with that member
- Aspirium and its members may share collected information with members under these rules.
- Aspirium encourages its members to be courteous with the use of information which they collect.
Aspirium analyzes web traffic for statistical purposes but does not use this information in a manner in which the actions of an individual user would be relevant.
